At SpiifyKicks, we take the cleaning of your foot apparel very seriously.  We invest  great time and care into our patented process so that your foot wear is returned Rejuvenated. Our goal is simple.  If you are a new customer, what you get back will be more than what you expected.  If you are a return customer, we will continue to show you the same customer service and excellence that you have come to expect from SpiffyKicks.

30 Day rule
Due to unfortunate circumstances, we have had to institute a 30 day policy.  If your foot wear is not picked up or scheduled for delivery within 30 calendar days, you will forfeit the right to claim those items.  After 30 days, we reserve the right to dispose of the items as we see fit.    We have never had a big problem with shoes going this route but we have to cover all the bases.

Our resposibilities
Once we receive your items we obviously take on a certain level of responsibility.  Therefore we need to cover a few things.  Our process is neither chemically harsh nor damaging to your foot wear.  We try our best to make sure they are better and not worse than when you brought them to us.  We ask that when you bring us your items, you have removed all personal items and attachments from them.  If these items are left on your items, we will not be liable for them.  We know that you love your shoes and would love to keep them in boxes.  However, our process is slowed greatly when we have to track boxes and shoe laces.  To help this process continue to flow smoothly,  please remove all items from their packaging and remove all shoe laces from your footwear.
